Dynamovies are exclusively displayed on E6 Concept simulators, ensuring a high-quality, optimal experience.
E6 Concept is a French company based in Pierrelatte, Drôme, specialising in the development of high-fidelity motion simulators.
The company originated from Survey-Copter, founded in 1996 by engineer Pierre Tantot. Initially focused on UAV and aeronautics technologies, the company shifted towards motion simulation following the success of a 6 Degrees of Freedom (6 DOF) prototype developed in 2009.
This led to the creation of the Ellip6 project and the establishment of the first simulation center in Pierrelatte.
In 2011, after Survey-Copter’s UAV and industrial engineering branches were acquired by EADS (now Airbus Group), the remaining entity was rebranded as E6Lab.
The company has since expanded its product line to include a variety of simulators:
•MiNi Series: Compact VR simulators available in single (U1), triple (U3), and six-seat (U6) configurations.
•Motorbike Simulators: Offering 7 or 8 DOF to replicate realistic leaning and handling dynamics.
•Specialized VR Simulators: Designed for activities like skiing, paragliding, and mountain biking, utilising dynamic platforms and VR headsets for immersive experiences.
E6Concept’s technology has been implemented in entertainment venues such as Ducati World at Mirabilandia in Italy and the Sébastien Loeb Xperience at Futuroscope in France.
In 2021, E6Lab underwent a structural reorganisation, resulting in the formation of three specialised entities:
•E6Concept: Focusing on general-purpose simulators.
•E6Research: Dedicated to research and development.
•E6Support: Handling maintenance and support services.
E6Concept continues to innovate, offering custom-made simulators for various applications, including automotive, motorbike, and helicopter simulations. The company emphasises French manufacturing, energy efficiency, and the ability to operate their simulators intensively.
